There are two techniques we use to create a beautiful lawn, whether it’s a new one at a construction site or replacing an existing, weed-ridden lawn with a better one — Sod or Seed. So, how do you know which one will work best for you?

That decision is always based on two factors — time and money. Our experience tells us that, as a general rule, seeded lawns tend to be better for people with smaller budgets and/or less urgency.
• Seeded lawns tend to be less expensive to create but can take up to 4 months to grow in completely.
• Sodded lawns tend to be more expensive but are instant — once we’re done and we leave, you have a gorgeous-looking, fully usable lawn.
